Just a quickie intro post to say hi, I've been lurking and looking at all the amazing support and before/during/after shots - so inspiring!
I've been struggling with getting started on a weight loss plan for a while now, but have lost about 6 lbs from my starting weight of 185.
I'm not doing a regimented plan like WW or Jenny Craig or anything, just working on a calorie and carb reduced daily routine with regular exercise.
Getting motivated to exercise and dealing with work stress without eating are my kryptonite, so I'm working on managing those triggers and am trying to structure my routine around that (i.e. spending an hour in the kitchen when I get home is just not going to happen!)
