I've lost a lot of weight before but got it all back. So, I am at it again. No special diets or crazy regimes. Just me trying to do it the right way - good food and exercise. secondtimeisacharm.blogspot.com Glad to be back in this forum. Feeling happy and motivated for the first time in years.
