Default What do you do after you go off plan?

So yesterday I ate all good and on plan till I came home. Roommates were having a few drinks, I ended up having 4 drinks - 1.5 pieces of pizza, and 3/4 a waffle. What should I do today to fix this?

there isn't really anything you can do besides eat better today, and work out a little bit harder today.

garstar..don't know what happened on Tuesday--I was doing okay but had eaten all my calories before dinner...THEN!

*1 slice of pizza
*2 bowls of turkey chili
*2 organic cereal bars
*2 bowls of Kashi cereal with milk

OMG!!!!

I did notice yesterday I plain wasn't hungry all day. My daily intake yesterday was 800--it was all whole foods. I also did extra strength training yesterday and then water jogged in the pool.

I should have taken in more water yesterday--that's all I would have changed.

Put it behind you and get back on plan. It's over, just go on and don't fret about it. One day will not ruin your weight loss efforts.

Yeah, just get right back on. Exercise a little more if that makes you feel better, but every day is a new day.

I don't "do" anything. I simply stick with my plan like it never happened and eat clean and exercise just like normal.

UGH, what was with tuesday? i did the same thing...ate well all day, then kind of lost it half way through dinner. i usually just try to eat less the next day and do some extra cardio to burn the extra calories..though it's pretty hard to do enough cardio to make up for that much food!!

Tuesday was a bad day for me too. For some reason I can control myself with almost every food EXCEPT for meatballs. I just love them. Tuesday night I had a lot of meatballs, I just couldn't help myself. The next morning I was up .5, but this morning I was down a pound, so it was fine in the end!

I don't really do anything. I'll usually try and take in more water than usual but for the most part I just get back on plan and hope that in some weird way the slip up helps me lose weight

I cry And wail. And moan. And then get over it and move on. Might exercise a little harder, or eat a little less today, but apart from that nothing really
