Default Just started MRC diet 06/23/09
Hello,

I just wanted to say "hi" to everyone. I just started MRC w/ preconditioning on 06/23/09-I have lost 10 lbs as of 07/06/09 & am feeling pretty optimistic. I have alot to go, so I hope it stays this easy.
