Talking OK. Do you eat less when wearing support panties?!?

I find that when I wear my tummy flattening panties, I feel more full, so I am less hungry during the day. Today, I had me midmorning snack at about lunchtime, my lunch at afternoon snack time, and my afternoon snack at 5. I wasn't all that hungry.

Anyone else experienced that? New reason to wear support panties!

Only out of sheer discomfort!

HATE the accompanying muffin top, though. Perhaps THAT in itself is a great motivator to stop eating...

I don't own any of those, but I do wear corsets and waist cinchers often and those definitely make a difference.

I bought a sort of bodysuit thingo - so as to achieve a smooth tucked in shirt look, and I do eat less when I wear it! I think it's because it gives the illusion of a slimmer waist, and I like how that looks.

I wear support tank tops for a smoother look under my work clothes and find that I hold my abs in tighter, sit up straighter, and eat less because of how much I like the difference it makes in my figure. Target sells a discount version of Spanx called Assets and I find that these are very effective. I'm a big fan!

They don't work for me. I get so uncomfortable in those things I end up taking them off in a few hours

Yes, I have had the same experience with my body slimmer!

It's like having gastric bypass surgery, but on the outside. Your stomach is squished and therefore smaller, so you eat less.

It's more like having your stomach stapled or getting one of those rings put around it.
