I've been on Weight Watchers on and off for years, and every time I am on it I come across food I want to eat that has no nutritional values on the packaging, so I don't eat it. Or in todays case, I did eat it but still wonder what the points would be. So my question is, does anybody know how many points are in a small granary roll?
Hi there! What is a granary roll? I'm going to assume it is a whole grain roll? If that is the case, you can ask the bakery to weigh it, and then count it as 2 points per ounce of bread. I suspect you ate 4 points, as a 2 oz roll is pretty small...

Thanks for your help, I found my old WW database calculator and it said any type of bread roll is indeed 3 points per 50 grams, and yep I weighed them and they were both just under that. Oh and yep a granary roll is a wholegrain roll.
