Default Homemade Strawberry Jam

I made some wonderful homemade strawberry jam this morning. Does anyone have an idea how many points a T would be? I am guessing the same as regular full sugar jam.

Thanks...
Dana

Probably, though it depends on how you made it...

I made some this weekend (picked a GIGANTIC pail)
and used half sugar and half sweetener..
and basically just pureed the berries and added gelatin.
It's more of a fruit spread but I love it!

Slimdown: since you didn't tell us what you put in it other than the berries, there's no way to know. did you use sugar? what else?

I made it using the recipe from sure-jell. I used real sugar. I think I will count it as regular full sugar.
Anne.. You can buy the sure-jell almost anywhere. Inside the box they have jam and jelly recipes for all kinds of fruits It was so easy to make. All you need is the fruit, sure-jell, sugar, and water.

I was thinking of trying a batch with Splenda.
