I have been over weight most of my life, I have always hated the fact, but now it is hitting me hard. I am 5'-2'' and weigh 225 lbs. I want to work at getting down to at least 150lbs. I work early from 6am to 230 pm then have kids to take care of and of course fix dinner and yada yada yada... so I am trying to figure out how to get something started for me.. How do you all do it. Can anyone give me any ideas..?

I dont have an exercise program yet, thats one thing I am trying to figure into my life.. My daughters are 17 and 14, and they of course are doing tons of things, so i am running here and running there.. so I just need to figure a way to revamp things in my life to help me out..
