I am sooooo new here... LOL... I am starting WW again. I have never mead it past 10 or 15 pounds of lost before... Life was busy with work and family.... but now after some medical test (Oh I am very healthy) however I have to get my cholesterol it check. So with diet and exercise I will go... I just has a surgery 5 weeks ago and gained back about 3 pounds I had lost do to recovery boredom.
Will with all the information out there I get a bit of information overload, so I thought I would join a group that can help me organize this journey and find wonderful suggestions
