Hello everyone! I just found this forum and had to join. I am from Flint, Michigan and am 33...no kids and married. I am wanting to loose 50lbs to get back to my old weight when I met my husband. I felt good then and clothes looked good on me. I am now on blood pressure pills and take Paxil which has recently made me gain a few more pounds that I didn't need.
I am tired of being fat and being self conscious. I don't even own a bathingsuit and won't wear shorts. Its hard for me to stay motivated and stick to anything. I work in retail management so its hard for me to be on a set schedule with my shifts changing week to week. I have a horrible sweet tooth and love to eat. I really want to add some exercise to my schedule and cut back on what I eat and try to eat healthier. I walk alot at work...on most days close to 5-6 miles but apparently thats not enough. I do own a treadmill and really think I should start using it daily.
I am 5'2 and curvy...DD....I would like to also get back down to a D or C cup.
I am hoping to make some friends here and get some suggestions and help each others and myself be motivated.
