I have never belonged to a forum before, so I've been lurking for a few days trying to figure a few things out. I found this site when researching fullbars and found a lot of the talk to be helpful and encouraging. I'm about 100 lbs from my goal weight and I'm about to be married to a guy who is a bit underweight (though he eats like nothing I've ever seen), so I am excited to be able to talk with people who will understand. I want to give diet/nutrition one more try before officially scheduling an appointment with a bariatric surgeon, and I think with a little encouragement, I might be able to keep up with the little progress I've already made.
Hi and welcome and are you in Germany? Maybe that's just my cliched mind, cheese and beer!
Feel free to drop in to the 100 club forum, there is lots of good advice there and people who give lots of their time to help us stay on the straight and narrow. Oh to be narrow!
Welcome! I'm glad you found us. You'll find lots of inspiration for success, both non-surgical and surgical, here. I'll second the 100lb Club invitation. It's an active section (more so during the week) with lots of people losing lots of weight the old fashioned way.
Welcome to 3FC! Surf around and settle in! We have subforums based on age, eating plan, exercise and more. I'm glad you're here!
Another recommendation for the 100 lb Club! Great fun and support there! Also if you are considering WLS, check out the WLS forum. Super wise ladies there who will tell it like it is.
