i`m new and am looking for someone to talk to about my everyday ups and downs. it helps to have friends to talk to when you feel like eating(which is most of the time).
i hope to get to know ya`ll better and maybe learn something and get some help.

You will find tons of support here. The people here are so wonderful and very supportive, I think the main reason being we have all BTDT(been there done that), or are still there(if you KWIM).
