Well, i basically took most of your advice and started working out at 5am (ok, more like 5:20, hehe) and it's started to pay off! I've also reduced my calorie intake, but I eat 5-6 times a day (200-300 cal meals). Anyway.... 8lbs down!! YAY!!
I thought i would share my progress since it's SO hard to hang in there and finally see some results. My clothes are definitely fitting differently and my fiance is noticing some differences. I'm gonna have to really work hard this week because the future mother in law came in town and wanted to go out to eat the entire weekend.
