Hi! I'm not on the Atkins diet, but thought this would be the best forum to get help on reducing carbs and increasing protein. I've been putting my foods into fitday.com for the last few days, and the best I can get is 66% carbs, 17% protein and 18% fat. I'm thinking the excess carbs is the reason I'm not losing, not even one pound, though I've cut out all bad snacks, and have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for the past 2.5 weeks.
I'd like to eat high protein foods that don't have a ton of fat. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
