Hi all

Currently following the SW diet, so far I have lost 10lbs and now I seem to be stuck. I am in a sit down job and can't seem to get motivated to exercise.

I am hoping to lose another 21lbs and after lurking about about looking at your posts and just want to say thanks as I think this may be the site may help!!!

Is anyone using the wii for exercise and if so what game would you recommend?

Hi!! Glad you decided to join. I tell ya, this is the place for you if you want encouragement!! I have been a WW member for 33 years and Lifetime for 17 yrs of that and the meetings are great and I couldn't have done it any other way, but the support of 3FC is amazing!! Glad you've joined.

helloooooo well done on your weightloss so far im sure its just a glitch and the weight will start to drop again..................ull find alot of motivation just logging your stuff on here good luck
