Question Health/Fitness Podcasts?
Thanks for all the help I got in my last thread! I got my mp3 player (sansa fuze) and want to add some podcasts. Does anyone know any podcasts that are fitness/health/dieting related that are downloadable and free?

Seconding Fat2Fit radio. It's done by two guys, one of whom does a weekly weigh-in as he loses weight. Lots of good info there.

I just discovered Jillian Michael's podcast and I freaking love it. Lots of good information and lots of encouragement. She's really funny and nice sounding although you do get a little of that hardcore side of her shown on the Biggest Loser. I highly recommend it!

I just listened to hers today and she is so nice. I never imagined. It made me think differently about her.
