Do you mean like the one out of Women's Health mag? Because that is the one I'm (trying!) following.

I'd also like to hear what other people's experiences are of it. I've requested it from the library but won't get it for another couple of weeks.

I have, I've had marvelous results from it!

Remember, you are eating six small meals per day (suggestions in the book) so you really need to remember that portions are small. 4oz meat=deck of card, 1oz of cheese= your thumb, and so on. I've been following a clean, more regimented (but I like that) plan and I've lost 6lbs in the past 13 days. It's been amazing, I'm never hungry, my workouts are stellar, I would recommend a good solid commitment for the full 6 weeks to the Abs Diet and you are guaranteed to have sucess. You get a cheat once per week, you eat clean, non processed food, drink lots of water, it's a plan for life!

So this diet/book it helps you to plan better/healthier meals right? If you say, have to lose more then -just- your belly fat is it still a good plan to check out?

ive been using the abs diet guidelines for a while now and it really has worked. i didnt do the 6 week plan to the tee just followed the guidelines and found success with it. but i agree with kataclismic u should do the 6 week plan and i promise you will have amazing results. if you go to womenshealthmag.com and search for abs diet for women or just abs diet it will give u the guidelines and some info about the diet.
