HEY!! newbie in the house!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Mandy and I just had a baby in January. I've lost 28 pounds since I gave birth when I only gained 30 pounds during my whole pregnancy. But since I started my diet I have lost 12 pounds. I am a calorie counter, and I love it because I'm not starving on this "life style change". I actually get full easier now. I hope to make some new friends while I'm here and I hope to get some great encouragement. Hello to all!
