Hello! My name is Holly. I am 20 and a junior in college studying political science and psychology.
I'm 5'2' and 136 lbs. My highest weight was 165 and that was about two and half years ago. This past year I have slowly been losing weight. My goal is 110-115.
I am here mostly because I need the motivation. I always read in magazines how when people are in a group they lose more weight and after looking at many sites found this one to be the most friendly and open.
My school had a great gym that I went to everyday. But now that I am home I am finding it much harder to get exercise. Since I don't have my drivers license and there is no gym in walking distance I have to workout the old fashion way. For the past few weeks I have just been running about 3 miles/4-5 times a week. I am looking into buying yoga or pilates DVDs. Any suggestions for good workout videos?
