Hi!!
Quick question: I've noticed lately that I"m getting bruises and I'm not banging any particular body part around here! I find the bruises are largely on my legs (though I've had them on my arms before).
I do lift weights and do cardio at the gym. And this is the only thing I can think of where I might be getting the bruises from, although I'm not hitting myself to get those bruises and I didn't have bruises before joining the gym several months ago!
Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
