Goodness ladies, here it is the middle of the week and we didn't get our weekly thread started. This week has been crazy and I can't believe it's slipped by.
Sunday we had DS #2's graduation and it turned out really nice. The boys wear white tuxedo jackets and black pants, black bow ties. They look really sharp. It's hard to believe he's done with four years of high school.
Yesterday was my 10 year anniversary of reaching my goal weight--it's a milestone for me and I'm excited that I've been able to pretty much maintain my weight. SPeaking of weight, when I weighed in today I was up another .6 which takes me back in the 140's (143) and I really prefer being in the high 130's low 140's. I have work to do! At our meeting we have a "fork" that started going to the member who is struggling or who wants it so I took the fork this week to remind myself to write and to be aware of what I"m putting in my mouth. The members who take it must come back the following week and report and I must say that that members have had success with it. I need the help this week--we have DS #2's party on Saturday.
I went to the doctor today and came out empty handed, so to speak. My levels are almost at the bottom of the range for my Free T4 but not exactly there so they won't start me back on the synthroid. I was so upset because I really feel bad (tired, muscle aches, weight gain, emotional, etc.) and I told the P.A. that it's terrible and that I feel horrible. I told her this is not the time of year to be going through this because of the work load in our office. So, I wait two weeks go for more blood work and pray that my levels drop more. I've gone from normal, to high, to normal, and now to the bottom and can tell I'm on a roller coaster. I have a new mantra, "breathe in, breathe out, move on"
Lori: The picture of Phoebe is beautiful! She looks so cute

How are you doing? Getting enough rest? Did you get more blood work done to check how you're doing in that area?
Lisa: Are you still getting rain in your area? My GF is here from FL to see her dad. He suffered a stroke on Memorial Day and he's been transferred to a rehab hospital but that ends on Saturday so I think they're going to be moving him again. He's not acknowledging his left side and isn't cooperating with the staff. My dad has lost weight again and has still hasn't gotten rid of the bladder infection so they're watching him. We did go out to visit him after graduation and it was a nice visit.
Life continues to be crazy--hopefully after this weekend (grad party) things will quiet down a little.
