Default Official start weight (warning i'm in my skivvies)

So I took a look at my starting weight pics from about a year ago. I was 278lbs. I lost a bit then started AGAIN in February of this year. I took some pics yesterday and decided I need to acknowledge how big I was to start with and make that my official start weight. Just because i took a break in the middle doesn't mean i should start all over again. I need to keep going. I think that mentality will help to keep me from turning a bad day into 6 bad months!

So I got a new ticker and here are some pics of then and now. Sorry to make you all see my hidious undies LOL!

Wow - what a difference. You should be really proud of yourself that you've come this far. From the pics, it looks like you've lost way more than just 32 pounds. Just goes to show that the scale and how a person actually looks never goes hand in hand! Really - well done!!

A very, VERY noticable difference. Congratulations on your success and congratulations on making the decision to rededicate yourself! Yes--absolutely--just because you took a break doesn't mean you still aren't on the trip.

your progress is amazing. You have the body type that begs for some weight lifting sessions. I can tell you are naturally VERY TONED.
