Default Hi! I'm new here...

Hi! My name is Bridgeosaurus and I am new to the forum. I am currently undergoing a 90lb. weight loss (ouch, that sounds terrible) and until now I've been trying to do it on my own. I have even tried starting diet blogs to motivate me with no success. So, I've decided to start getting more out in the open and trying something new.

Glad you found us! There is a lot of support to find here. Check out the 100lb club - there are lots of great folks there tackling similar amounts of weight.

Hi and welcome! I am new too, and I know how you are feeling. I hope it doesn't sound cliche' but all we can do is take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. Don't measure it by the scale, but how you are feeling.
