Hello out there! I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself to you. I've been working on my health for the last 2 years. I'm stronger and healthier now and look forward to my continued well being. I work out 5 days a week at a gym. My workout includes, 30 - 45 mins. weight training and 40 - 45 mins carido workout. I also maintain 1.5 ac. yard that includes push mowing, digging, lifting ... you know the rest. I would like to be as healthy as I can both inside and out. It took me 6 years to get "out of shape". It should take every bit of 6 years to get back "in shape". As I always say, "It didn't take me overnight to become out of shape. So why think there's a quick fix to get in shape?" I like the idea of helping each other with our goals. This site seems like a great place for all who need a little help.
