Default please help ladies!

guess i should post this here..

alright ladies,

Its been about a week where Ive been doing a "trial" of eating right and exercising. I call it a trial because my eating has not been perfect ( oh i just ate 8 oreos! son of a *****!!) Im not mad at myself but i wont do it again. Anyways, I'm 170 lbs at 5'3'' and I definatley want to get down to at least 130 ish. I would like to loose 2 lbs or more a week. I know probably any more is unhealthy but I want to lose most of the weight before october (3/4 months?) So my first question is...can i safely lose 40-50 lbs in 3-4 months?

Secondly, Im really confused on calories. I eat relatively healthy (minus the oreos...that was a one time thing). I weight train 3x a week. I do cardio 6x a week. And for my job Im on my feet for 8 hours or so. Im pretty sure my bmr is around 1500. With exercise I know Im burning more so I need to eat more. BUT how much more should I eat (with out going negative on my net calories) while still losing around 2lbs per week???

Ladies-this would help me out soo much. I really want to do this, but I feel like this is important information. Its all I need because Im pretty much an exercise feine and I know how to eat healthy...thanks!!

I know there are all sorts of websites and formulas out there to help you decide on how many calories per day, but off the top of my head I'd ballpark it at about 1500...based on the fact that you are just about the same height as I am, and I lost 50 pounds 12 years ago starting with a 180 pound weight, so I understand where you are starting from. You may have to shake up your exercise routine, since your body is used to it.

I am a little shorter than you, I lost on about 1400 calories a day. I think it is possible to lose 40 pounds by October.

I am about 5'0 and have about 40 pounds to lose. I eat about 1200 calories a day, but I also exercise at least 3 days a week. Maybe I should bump my calories up?
