So, i started my weight loss properly yesterday. I'm feeling good about it. Found an exercise DVD that i bought ages ago and never used! And i've done 30 minutes of that just and I'm aching but i love it!
Ive discovered the wonders of Ryvita mini's salt and vinegar too, they're my snack throughout the day. (Making sure i keep count of my calories too)
I'm feeling positive and i've started this by myself, so i'm feeling good and reading some of the inspiring stuff on here has helped me so much!
I'm going for it this time! I just hope I can keep motivated!!!
I have a party to go to on the 4th July, my cousins wedding party and I've always been the biggest one out of all of us and I want to be able to look a little smaller by then! It's a month away tomorrow so i'm going to see what I can do in a month and hopefully it'll be noticeable!
I'm actually excited about it all and how im going to look and feel afterwards. I'm smiling for the first time in ages!!
