  • My goal this month is at least 1050 minutes of working out Any kind of working out as long as it's working out
  • Here we go!

    I will be gone the last week of the month but will try to exercise while I am gone- so My goal will be to workout 15/19 days I am here! Physical acivity that lasts at least 45 minutes is key!
    I am going to also add my water comsumption to this if you guys don't mind it will be x/100oz!

  • My goal is to run at least 50 miles this month. I have a few vacations to work with this month and I'm still doing a walk/run plan right now.

  • I have to get serious about the weights again. I lost focus when my neck was acting up and never got back on track, not good for the body fat %

  • oops, getting a late start recording here, but my goal is 30 hours, and I've gotten 6 hours in thus far. (I have recorded it on my blog, but I'm too lazy/too busy right now to do it here, so I'll start with today.)

    1-half hour "fast" dancing at lunch/work. half hour of dancing (always will be "fast", so I won't bother to type that anymore) at home, followed by 60 ab crunches and 5 minutes arm stretch band resistance exercises. I got in 20 more min. of 'commercial break' dancing tonight, to come to a grand total of 1.5 hours. = 90 minutes
    2-half hour dancing at work. 45 min. dancing at home, after manicure. = 75 min. (165 total)
    3-half hour dancing at work. half hour dancing at home. Knee started to hurt again, so I stopped at half an hour. Might commercial-break dance tonight if it seems ok. I know. I'm getting addicted to this. LOL eta: didn't commercial break, but ONLY because Mr. Sunny was sitting with me and I was too self-conscious to stand up and dance in front of him during commercial breaks. I DID get 50 ab crunches in, though. = 60 min. (225 total)
