Hello, I just joined this site and thought I'd introduce myself. I've pretty much been overweight/obese my entire life and since last year have really tried to lose the weight. I'm 5'3 and my heaviest weigh in was 190. Last year I lost about 15 pounds and am currently hovering around 175-180. I would like to be at 140-145, which would still be a little heavy according to the BMI scale. I'm happy it's summer because the fresh produce that's available makes it easier for me to eat healthier and more raw foods. I love to cook and garden and spend time at home with my boyfriend and our dog, Amber.
