I think those are some great mini-goals which are very do-able. Weight related goals can be a little tricky but with determination and dedication...you can achieve them. Also, your excersize goals are great! Very attainable. I think you will succeed at both of these goals you have.
I think i will break my goals down into mini-goals too. I want to lose 5 pounds (preferrably in one month) and also work out at least 9 hours in one week (that's actual gym time...not counting the walking and all i will be doing friday/saturday and sunday on vacation this week).
