Hi everyone it's Eleanor. No, that's not my real name, but I do plan to post some before & after pictures of my body, and I would like to stay as anon as possible.
Some basic facts:
I'm 15
I'm 5'5
200 lbs (OH MY GOD)

My goal is to be 160 lbs by September 1st, 2009
My ultimate goal is to be 120 lbs [hopefully] by January 1st, 2010
I want to be fit & toned
I want to lose weight and get fit in a healthy way!
This is my first real attempt at weight loss. Fortunately I never yo-yo dieted (which I hear is extremely bad for your health...not that being obese is great for the heart). This is my last attempt as well. Because I'll keep it off.
I hope to become an active member of the 3 Fat Chicks community!
