that is the million dollar question, isn't it?
it seems like so many people struggle with this but no one has an answer for us.
I eat a meal and the very next thing that comes to my mind is 'ok, what do i eat next?"
clearly this is the major contributor to my weight problems. but the compulsion is so strong, and the excuse 'i can start tomorrow' sounds so reasonable. What's another day after all? Todays already screwed up but tomorrow looks perfect right now.
