Hi. I am Sheena and I live in NW Arkansas. I am 46 and have 3 kids, ages 21, 18, and 9. I have been doing weight watchers for a while but never really liked their forums. I have been enjoying reading the posts here so I thought I would join.

Welcome Sheena. I just joined too. I have tried WW in the past and didn't like their forums much either. There is so much more here and everyone so far has been very nice and supportive.
