Default low-cal Crockpot recipes?

I have a family of 6 and with going to the gym in the evening it is SO hard to get dinner ready. I have my 2 youngest kids home with me during the day and my 2 oldest get home from school at 3:30/4pm, we do homework, get a snack, and head to the gym around 5pm-6:30/7pm. I would love to find some low calorie crockpot recipes. Thanks so much.

I love my crockpot. Today I put a whole chicken in there and topped it with the juice of a whole orange and a couple pieces of the Orange peel. I also seasoned the chicken with some garlic powder, salt and pepper. I hope it turns out good.

I do beans and chili in the crocpot all the time. I also do pork and make pork pulled sandwiches.

I made broccoli beef in my crockpot yesterday -

1 round steak, cut into thin strips
1 onion, cut into slices
1 bag frozen broccoli pieces
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
about 1/4 cup soy sauce
black pepper to taste

Yummy!

I put a bottom round roast (seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper OR a packet of onion soup mix) in the crockpot, pour in about half a cup of beef broth, throw in a sliced large onion and a handful of baby carrots. I cook until it's super tender, then serve with egg noodles cooked in chicken broth. Takes about 6 - 7 hours on high, 10 - 12 on low.

YUMMO!
