Default hi everyone! newbie!

hello all. i am a 25 year old retail manager/student who lives in the new england area. i was sent on here by a friend of mine who had mentioned your amazing weigh loss challenges and i am super glad that i did. everyone seems so nice and so motivating. which i need.

about 2 years ago i had lost 82 pounds on weight watchers, and was so proud of my self and was enjoying the process. last summer i was in a car accident that left me with some nerve damage. i was placed on certain meds (i believe i may have to be on for life now) which then led me to gain back everything i had lost plus 10 extra pounds in roughly 6 months. not exactly a morale booster in my weight loss fight. so this past month i rejoined weight watchers and slowly am starting my work out regimen. i definitely need a boost to keep it going and i believe you all and this forum will keep me to it.

sorry for the long intro, but felt like i had to put it out there. i'm very excited to me here. thanks so much everyone! <3

Welcome aboard.

I'm new here too.

Jump in and participate. Obviously I've not been here long enough to get a true sense of the community, but I find that the best way to benefit most from an online community is to jump and participate. Especially wherein one is looking for support. Hard to support someone when they remain in the back, lurking. You get more out of a forum when you're actively involved. (Not that I'm suggesting that you won't).

Best of luck in your endeavors to reach the objectives you may have set for yourself.
