Making my way back to 3FC proudly after gaining it all back
...And so, I was very active here about 1.5-2 yrs. ago and the support was a big factor in my losing over 50 lbs. Thanks to school, relationships, just LIFE in general I put it all back on except for 1 lb. (yay for 1, haha!).
I've learned the lessons in all of these trials and how I should not allow other factors to affect my weight. Oddly enough I have remained active and am still at the same fitness level when I was 50 lbs. lighter. This has proven to me the weight loss journey is predominantly mental. Food is not for comfort folks!
I have lost a lot of weight in relation to people, situations and circumstances that weighed heavily on me, which ultimately contributed to my gain. So now, it's time for to get back to focusing on me.
Good for you! You are back!
I had to chuckle a little about the one pound comment you made, but look at it this way. You stopped the gain! You didn't gain it all back plus some extra. That's a huge victory.
Welcome home!! I remember you from "back then", and I'm glad to see you again. It shows that you're ready to head back down the path again, and you're gathering your 3fc friends along for the journey.

Sounds like you've learned a very valuable lesson indeed! Although, I myself have to re-learn it from time to time .
Glad you're back and I look forward to hearing of your inevitable progress.
I am back too!! I put on 40 lbs before coming back and I've lost almost 9 just this month of May!! Woohoo!!
Glad to see you are back too. I can get down to under 200 but then I freeze and then let it slowly come back. This year for me is about getting under 200 then slowly continue to take it off. I HAVE to do this. My kids are getting older and are more active and I'm wearing out from it all. I need energy to keep up with them. I can't carry this extra weight around on me all the time.
Awww...see that's why this place is so awesome! You guys are soooo nice and helpful.
Why did I stay away so long?
