Hello everyone! I came across this forum today & it seems great!
I keep telling myself, my boyfriend, friends & family...pretty much everyone,
today is when I'm going to buckle down & really make the effort to lose weight. Ha. My nickname is going to become the Little Boy Who Cried Wolf.
Well this forum is full of so much information & inspiration that its really got me thinking.
I did Weight Watchers once before, i was 30 pounds lighter when i started than I am now. It definitly worked, but then i gained the weight back plus some. I tried to start South Beach last year, then ended up getting to go to a Red Sox game my 1st day of the diet... and I certainly coudln't stop myself from having a couple beers & a Fenway frank...and that was the beginning & end of my SBD.
I'm hoping to start WW again & really stick with it & shed these pounds!
