Oh where to start?
Um I have been a bigger girl since I hit puberty at the raw age of...9! I was an active kid but still heavier. At 14 I was 5'4 weighing about 170ish. Luckily for me I dont look as big as I am. When I graduated HS in 06 I weighed 204. I worked my butt off after graduation and lost 30 pounds in 4 months by running and eating right. Then I married my hs sweetheart, moved to the base here and slowly gained it back plus some. In Oct of 08 I weighed 210 and found out Im pregnant. Then I found out at 28weeks(225) that ive got gestational diabetes so with diet Ive kept that under control and have lost quite a bit of weight(215). I basically count carbs and dont eat a lot of fat. So after seeing how well that worked I figured Id make it a lifestyle change and will "officially" be a South Beacher once I hit 6weeks pp. My goal is to get to 140 by the beginning of next year, when my husband will be returning from a 10 month deployment to Afghanistan
