Default Too much water?

Hey all! So the past few days, I've been feeling so stuffed and so bloated after eating only 1100 calories! I usually get to around 1400 for the day, but today I'm at 1100 and literally can't force myself to go any higher than that. I'm thinking this has to do with how much water I'm drinking! I've been drinking at least 80oz a day, usually because I'm thirsty and I have pretty intense workouts (don't really have to force myself to drink it), and I know it's supposed to be great for weight loss, but it's making me feel gross and SO full. Should I cut back? Or should I just have faith that the water weight will go down in the morning or within a few days and it'll end up being good in the long run? Thanks for the help!

Drinking lots of water always has the opposite effect on me. Are you eatting super salty stuff or maybe not enough salt? If you are working out a lot you need to replace the salt you lose not just the water.

You can try cutting back. I never experienced water bloating me or really making me feel full if I'm really truly hungry for food (haven't eaten in a few hours and it's really meal time, water won't stop me from being hungry). The days I workout I can go over a gallon of water a day, and that's not counting tea or coffee. I go to the bathroom alot, so the water doesn't stay in me for long!

Thanks for the responses! I started calorie counting about 5 weeks ago so I haven't gotten to the point of watching my sodium really closely or anything other than just calories. Also, I pretty much eat almost every hour, like a light baby cheese, or a handful of grapes or something small so there's always something in my stomach, so the water could just be too much on top of the food that's already there. I guess I can play around with it and see what works! Thanks again!
