Hi ladies/gents! I'm new here, I'm Karen and I'm from Columbus, Ohio. I've struggled with my weight most of my life. I've tipped the scales at about 255, I'm currently 232. I was down to 214 last summer right before I turned 40 but put some weight back on again. I liked being at a lower weight and having my clothes fit better so I'm determined to get the weight off again plus some. I'm not even sure what I "should" weigh, I would just like to be under 200 so I'm setting my goal at 195 and see how I feel/look at that weight. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
