Thanks all! I figure the last ten pounds will probably take a couple of months since things are slowing down a little, but that's okay. This morning I spotted some pretty hardcore shoulder and back muscles in the bathroom mirror, so as long as I keep seeing progress with my fitness I don't mind if the scale numbers change slowly
