I'm Baaaccckkkk!!!!!!
So, I have come to this site several times before and have failed miserably several times before. I have gained 10 pounds since the last time I came here...I am at my heaviest...I weigh more than I did at the end of all three of my pregnancies. All I ever wear are yoga pants...because that is basically all that fits! I have outgrown all of my bras and my shirts are slowly but surely becoming too short and too tight. I am so sick of it. I know I can do it...I just have to! I would love to have a few friends to talk to about it. My husband doesn't understand...he thinks that you just eat less and move more but it takes a little more than that as most of you know! My plan is to basically just make better choices right now, to eat healthey fruits and vegeatbles and to lay off soda...and exercise, whether it be just walking or doing workout videos. Right now I am pretty much binging and I have a HUGE attachment to food and I know that I using it whenever anything get srough...it is my only refuge. I have three boys...4, 2, and 9 months, so needless to say...I have many moments where food is my savior. So, I would love to hear from anyone that would like to buddy up and keep in touch through email and to keep each other on track! Look forward to "meeting" you all!
