Hello all! I'm a brand new "chick" but I'm not new to the weightloss struggle. I've been fighting with my weight for about 15 years and I'm just sick and tired of being 'the fat friend'. I need some advice and support, I guess. I just really want to stick to it this time!
Hi! Welcome to the site! I know how you feel, I've struggled all my life and after a visit to the Dr and finding out what the weight is REALLY doing to my health I decided to finally make permanant changes - not just diet.
For me I'm trying to keep track of my calories thru thedailyplate.com and starting to exercise. It seems to be working for me. I make sure to eat a healthy or low cal snack between meals and it helps a lot with avoiding any cravings.
There's lots of good advice and tips on this site so just look around and find what works for you. You can do this!! Best of luck on your journey!
