Hello all... well I need help... I love FOOD!!
I eat when I'm happy, when I'm sad, when I'm angry, when I'm hungry and even when I'm not hungry
I'm hoping that maybe I can find some support and encouragement...

I've tried this with friends but they don't seem to really care or have to much going on in their lives.
I have a goal to lose around 40 pounds... after some VERY difficult marriage problems I gained that much weight and haven't been able to get it off... I was able to lose 10 pounds here and there but then I always gain it back or more

Soooo I'm looking for tips, pointers, encouragement and anything else I can get... in return I will reciprocate the same!!

P.S. So today I started my eating plan that I think will help with my weight loss... and one of the girls at work throws a bag of M&M's on my desk... (sigh)
