Time to lose the newlywed weight!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself and say how much I'm looking forward to sharing support here. My husband and I are coming up on our first wedding anniversary, and somewhere between comforting homemade meals and workouts missed in favor of date nights, I managed to put on about 20 pounds. I've loved being a newlywed, but I don't love feeling sluggish and having to buy new pants!
So my goal is to get back down to my healthy wedding-day weight in a sensible way...we have a friend's wedding coming up in about 3 months so I'd love to be at or close to my goal by then. Thanks for listening to me ramble, and good luck to everyone!
