Which 'diet' is for me???
Hi there....
Wondering if there is a site that offers diet suggestions and/or you are able to input the foods you like to eat and a diet can be customized for myself?
There are carb diets, no carb diets, WW, calorie counting etc.
Just curious if anyone knew of a way to input let's say a list of foods that I enjoy and have a diet outlined for me based on those food choices.
All help/opinions are appreciated.
