Hello I am looking for any encouragement out there as I embark on my weightloss journey once again. If I could count how many times I have tried this, the number would be up there. I am determined to get this fun size body in shape and would like to meet someone who is also needing some support as well. I am good listener and would like to meet a weightloss buddy who is tired of being fluffy too.

Thank you for the encouragement. It has been a while since I have been on 3FC and I really enjoyed seeing all the support out there past and present. Hi Goofygirl! You and I sound like kindred spirits-look at MY start date! I can't believe I was here way back in 2005! I just started back last week. It's been THAT long. We can do this. I know my determination this time is MUCH MUCH stronger and surer than it's ever been before. I know this time is FOR SURE, and I'd love to make that journey with you!
Making the journey with you would be awesome. I am posting my starting weight tomorrow and how much I am striving for. I am looking forward to making this my year to succeed...baby steps all the way.
Barriers....where do I start....my problem is I eat when life hits the rough roads and my goal is look for something other than food. What worked for me before....not really sure a combination of many things. I know I can do this if I put everything into it, it's just keeping the negative out of my life that tends to sabotage it for me. Positive thoughts all the way.
Well, negative happens. You can't bury it...you just need to find other ways to nurture yourself through it, instead of via food. Food is so fleeting, anyhow (except what's left inside your skin.) Perhaps music? A good book? Dancing to music you love? Light a candle and just shut your eyes? A really funny movie you love? Lots of non-fattening ways to try and de-stress. :: hugs ::
