Hi everyone! I just found this site and am so excited to have people to talk to! lol I am currently working to lose some weight, in the past 3 weeks ive lost 7 lbs. I am currently at 259. Before I was at 215 and the lowest Ive been is 170. Ive been overweight since I was a child and I am only 22. I wanna live a long life, and fit into some of my smaller clothes! haha so Ive decided now is the time to start getting back on track!
also, where can I find those goal trackers everyone has? lol they are pretty neat
