Hello all! I am new here and have been on Phase 1 of South Beach for a week now. About 3 years ago I lost 70 pounds on South Beach (I call it baby weight even though my youngest was 3 , but then I was working 2 days a week and working out 4 or 5, now I am working 4 days a week and am lucky to work out once or twice! It doesn't help that there are some great cooks at work either So I want to lose about 20 pounds and get back into my skinny clothes for summer. We are registered for Bolder Boulder in May and want to not be sucking air then too! Excited to be here -looks like a great site!
