Hi Heirendt, welcome! Lol, yes, dieting can be a grumpy time, but that's usually because we feel deprived. Eat the right combinations of food and you'll feel satisfied. That's not to say that you won't still want foods that are not good for you, lol! It's just a matter of wanting to be thin and healthy more, and it sounds like you have a great attitude this time!
