Default Hello from Canada!
I guess im on here for the same reason everyone else is..to make a life style change. I am a military wife, with 4 children. When i had my 3rd child i gained over 100 lbs, and then got preg. again shortly after. I have recently realized that i need to make changes for my future and my childrens future.

So far i have lost 25lbs, by exersicing, and eating healthier, and smarter.

i look forward to geeting to know everyone!!
